摘　　要：通过理论和实例着重论述了二次回归通用旋转设计中试验次数、设计的正交性、回归系数的计算及回归系数间的相关性等 ,说明了在应用通用旋转设计与二次正交设计上的不同 ,并指出了在进行回归系数显著性检验时需要注意的问题。The experiment number,the orthogonality of experimental design,the regression coefficient's calculation and its correlativity in second order regression general rotational design were discussed by theoretic research and example analysis,the differences between general rotation design and second order orthogonal design were showed,some problems that should be noticed in regreesion coefficient significance tests were also pointed out.
