摘　　要：目的　评价带血管蒂骨膜瓣移植治疗腕舟骨近端骨不连的疗效。方法　以带桡动脉茎突返支桡骨骨膜移植治疗 2 2例腕舟骨近端骨不连。通过平均 13个月的随访 ,观察骨折愈合和腕关节功能改善情况。结果　骨折愈合 2 0例 ,愈合率 90 9%。腕关节功能评价 :优 11例 ,良 6例 ,可 3例 ,差2例。优良率 77 3%。结论　该术式疗效较好 ,操作简单 ,副损伤小 ,是治疗腕舟骨近端骨不连的有效方法之一。Objective To evaluate the effect of vascularized periosteum transfer in treatment of proximal scaphoid non union. Methods 22 cases of the disease were treated by radial periosteum transfer with stylus recurrent branch of radial artery. The healing rate and wrist function were investigated through following up for an average of 13 months. Results The fracture healing rate was 90 9%(20/22). An excellent outcome in the wrist function was found in 11 patients, a good outcome in 6 patients, fair in 3 patients and poor in 2 patients. The excellent and good rate was 77 3%. Conclusion This method is effective, simple, and with minor side injuries, it is suitable for treatment of proximal scaphoid non union.
