摘　　要：目的　评价Steel三联截骨手术疗效。方法　对 5例 6～ 9岁、髋臼指数平均为 4 4°的患儿行Steel三联截骨 ,对其影像学、临床结果及满意率进行随访。结果　髋臼指数平均矫正至 2 1°,疼痛和跛行好转 ,没有发生股骨头无菌性坏死加剧。结论　Steel三联截骨对于治疗髋臼指数为 4 5°左右患儿 ,是一种安全有效的手术。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of steel osteotomy for the treatment of congenital dislocation of the hip. Methods The age of 5 patients at the time of surgery was 6～9 years and the average acetabular index(AI) was about 44°. After osteotomy, the average follow up was 4 8years. Results The acetabular index was corrected 21° on average. The pain and limp were reduced. None of the hips developed avascular necrosis. Conclusion Steel osteotomy is a safe and effective procedure for the treatment for the children of congenital dislocation of the hip with AI about 45°.
