摘　　要：图书馆之所以在“数字浙江”中占有一席之地,是因为文本信息的处理是建设“数字浙江”的抓手,而图书馆正擅长于此,其基础工作的优劣直接关系到建设数字浙江的前期准备,。数字图书馆作为数字地球的雏形含有图书馆和计算机智能的基因。正是这些基因决定了数字地球的行为模式,反映了图书馆的管理水平。Library has a position in digit Zhejiang , as the processing of text information is a handle of the construction of digit Zhejiang at which the library is good . It's basic work relative to construction preparation of digit Zhejiang at pre - stage . The digit library in broad sense as embryonic form of digit globe includes the genes of library and computer' s intelligence , whereas it is gene that the behaviour of digit globe is subject to.
