摘　　要：江泽民总书记在“七一”讲话中指出 :“马克思主义具有与时俱进的理论品质。”这一论断是对马克思主义理论发展史的科学总结。文章从马克思主义中国化的基本进程确证了马克思主义与时俱进的理论品质 ,初步总结了马克思主义中国化的基本经验 ,说明“三个代表”General secretary Jiangzeming said: 'to advancing forward with the time is a important theoretical character of Marxism'.This is a scientific summary of the history of Marxism's theoretical development.Facts have proved that to advancing forward with the time is a characteristic across the developing procedure of Chinese Marxism. By and large this paper summarizes the fundamental experience of Chinese Marxism.In the end,the paper has explained that the important ideology of theory of Three represents was the development of Marxism in accordance with logic in China today.
