摘 要:本文报道了镧系离子Eu3 + ,Tb3 + 同喹诺酮羧酸类衍生物氧氟沙星形成配合物的合成。用元素分析法和ICP确定了配合物的组成为Ln(oflo) 3 Cl3 ·8H2 O。红外光谱表明氧氟沙星配体羧基同中心离子发生螯合 ,并可能与邻位羰基形成六元环稳定结构。荧光光谱表明 ,Eu配合物具有很宽的激发谱带 (2 0 0~ 45 0nm) ,明显区别于其他羧酸类的稀土配合物 ;中心离子Eu3 + 发射谱位于 5 79 0nm(5D0 7F0 ) ,5 92 2nm(5D0 7F1) ,6 12 2nm(5D0 7F2 ) ;而Tb3 +Two coordination compounds formed between Eu(Ⅲ) and Tb(Ⅲ) with ofloxacin have been synthesized.Molecular formula Ln(oflo) 3Cl 3·8H 2O has been deduced from elemental chemical analysis and ICP.FTIR spectroscopy shows that both carbonyl and carboxy groups may coordinate the lanthanide cation(Eu 3+/Tb 3+) to form a stable six-membered ring.The reaction between lanthanide and ofloxacin can be accomplished without any additional base since FTIR suggests the proton transportation from the carboxyl group to the tertiary nitrogen.The complex containing Eu 3+ was proved to be excited with the broad band from 200 to 450 nm.Between the two complexes is studied,Eu 3+ is the most efficiently sensitized by ofloxacin,while Tb 3+ is the least.The disappearance of the ligand fluorescence and the strong emitting of Eu 3+ in the complex,which is ascribed to the transitions 5D 0- 7F 0, 5D 0- 7F 1, 5D 0- 7F 2 respectively,make it clear that some well energy transfer has happened.But complex Tb(oflo) 3Cl 3·8H 2O irradiates lights from both ligand and Tb 3+
