摘 要:探讨了用化学药剂在一定条件下进行反应 ,然后用水萃取 ,并用电脱水的方法脱除重质燃料油中金属钠和钒的技术。研究了破乳剂种类、浓度、脱水温度、电场强度和脱钒剂浓度、反应温度、反应时间等因素对V、Na脱除率的影响 ,得出了较为理想的脱钒工艺及参数。室内实验表明 ,通过高温反应和低温分离 ,可以脱除燃料油中 70 %以上的V、Na化合物。It is very important to remove Na and V from heavy fuel oil in order to protect the equipments in petrochemical industry from hot corrosion. Usually Na and V in heavy fuel oil present as oil dissolved compounds and are difficult to remove. In this paper, a new technique to remove V and Na from heavy fuel oil was investigated, in which a demetallizing chemical was added in the oil to react with the impurities and water dissolved compounds were formed. Then the water with the impurities was separated from the oil by electric desalting. The influences of reacting temperature, reacting time and the concentration of the demetallizing chemical on the removing efficiency were discussed. By this technique more than 70% of V and Na in heavy fuel oil was removed.
