摘 要:采用热裂解 气相色谱 /质谱法 (PY GC/MS)对核壳丙烯酸类树脂 (ACR)进行分析。ACR样品在 5 0 0℃条件下进行热裂解 ,裂解产物通过BPX5石英毛细管柱分离和质谱鉴定 ,获得了ACR在热裂解条件下的特征化合物。并通过对已知均聚物同条件分析的验证 ,找到了ACR各个热裂解产物的来由 ,从而确定了组成ACR共聚物的单体。对ACR丙酮不溶物的分析 ,初步探索了ACR粒子的内部组成结构。Core shell polyacrylic resin(ACR) was analyzed by pyrolysis gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. ACR were pyrolized at 500?℃.The products obtained were separated by BPX5 quartz capillary column and identified by mass spectrometry. The characteristic compounds of ACR were obtained under the pyrolysis conditions. By comparing with the known homopolymers analysis at the same condition, the origin of every pyrolysis product was concluded. Consequently, the monomers composed ACR were identified. By the analysis of the part of the ACR which is not dissolved in acetone, the ACRs structure and composition were discussed.
