摘  要:从理论上阐明了热力学观点所定义的柱相比 (即溶质的保留自由能变为零时的k′值 )与溶质种类、柱温、固定相以及溶剂种类的依赖关系。通过研究 3种配基链长不同的固定相对 7种非极性苯的取代物溶质保留行为的影响 ,发现柱相比与固定相对溶质吸附力有关 ;通过对 9种正链烷溶质在 4种温度下的保留行为的研究 ,发现了柱相比随温度升高而增大 ,也发现了柱相比与同系物溶质的碳数无关 ;通过对 3种正链醇同系物 ,3种正链酸同系物 ,以及丙酮、乙腈和异丙醇共 9种置换剂对 9种烷基醇同系物溶质色谱保留行为影响的研究 。It is theoretically elucidated that a new definition of column phase ratio (the value of V when the Gibbs free energy of solute equals to zero during stoichiometric displacement process) is related to the characters of solute, mobile, stationary, phase and temperature in reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. It,has been found that the more the ability of adsorption of the stationary phase to the solute is, the more algebra value of the phase ratio is with-seven solutes passing through three different fix phases in length of the carbon chain. The algebra value of column phase ratio is increasing with strength of solvent with nine n-alkyalcohols homologues as solutes and the alkyalcohols, alkyalacids, propanone, cyanide and isopropanol as organic solvents in mobile phase. The column phase ratio is not almost influenced by the characters of solute and the column phase ratio is related with,temperature with nine n-alkyalcohols homologues as solutes in four different temperatures.
