摘　　要：本文介绍了河南省电信公司在电信市场竞争日益加剧的环境中 ,对提高服务质量降低运营成本的探讨 ,以及提出的“电信综合业务数据驱动引擎”解决方案。This paper first discusses a question raised by Henan telecommunication corporation that how to increase quality of service and reduce operating cost, while being confronted with fierce competition in telecommunication market. Then this paper presents the solution for data-droved engine of telecommunication integrated services and the system implementation.
