摘　　要：可靠性工程无论在航天技术还是在军事装备以及一般工业产品上都具有极其重要意义和不可估量的经济效益及社会效益。Reliability engineering has very important meaning whether in aerospace technology or in military equipments and general industrial products.The main cause is that it has inestimable economic and social benefits.This paper simply introduces the definition and explanation of the reliability index,and that the situation of application design and test restarch of reliability in crane and metallurgical motor and explosion proof motor of China.
