摘　　要：加强科学管理 ,增加高新技术硬件设施在安全生产上的投入 ,阐述新时期的机务段安全生产是一个系统工程 ,必须用先进的管理科学理论对影响安全的要素进行认真细致地分析、评价及预测 ,从而实现机务段安全生产的最优化管理。This paper emphasizes on strengthening scientific management and increasing investment of hightechnology device and explains that safe produce of locomotive maintenance unit is a safe systems engineering project,we must use advanced management fo analyze,appraise and predict the factors that have a important influnce on safe manufacturing theory to realize optiminum manugement on safe manufaturing of locomotive maintenance unit.
