摘　　要：本文从当前我国大城市郊区土地非农开发对于城市发展的意义入手 ,以可持续发展思想、埃里克森多核心结构模式和土地报酬递减规律为理论支撑 ,在分析研究南京市江宁区土地利用现状特征、存在问题和土地利用潜力的基础上 。As the large city expands, suburban regions become more and more important. Non-agricultural exploitation in the suburbs is the hot spot at present. Selecting theories of th e sustainable development, multi-cores structure patterns and the law of land re ward decreasing, this paper deals with the main characters, problems and potenti al of suburban land use in Jiangning District, the optimal disposition counterme asures in the suburban land are put forward.
