摘　　要：通过对城市经营概念及资产重要性的阐述 ,引入城市土地经营的理念 ,分析了城市土地经营的主要内容 ,提出了建立委托—代理机制的城市土地经营创新思路 。Firstly, the conception of urban land management is put forward according to the analysis of urban management and the importance of the urban land in this paper ,then, the main co ntents of urban land management is explained, after that, the new ideal of urban land management mechanism which government entrust is point out, the contribution of the income of urban l and management is discussed in the end.
