摘 要:近几年国内建成并投产的一些规模较大 ,尤其是采用一次码烧工艺的高掺量粉煤灰烧结多孔砖生产线生产不正常 :坯体成型困难、废品率高、生产成本过高。笔者认为主要原因是采取的措施没有充分考虑到粉煤灰特有的理化性能对成型及焙烧的影响。为此 ,分析了粉煤灰对高掺量粉煤灰混合料成型性能、坯体强度、成型质量、多孔砖烧结强度的影响 ;并指出在尚无切实可行的解决措施前 ,应发展节能、环保效益显著的高掺量粉煤灰烧结砖 ,慎重发展高掺量粉煤灰多孔砖。In recent years, several fly ash sintered brick factories with larger scale have been set up and put into operation. But for some high added fly ash sintered porous brick production lines with once setting in drying-firing, the production is abnormal such as difficult to form green body, high reject rate, too high production cost. The author thinks that the main reason is the measures taken are not fully considered the influence of special physical and chemical properties of fly ash on forming and burning. Therefore, the influence of fly ash on high added fly ash batch forming property, green body strength, forming quality and porous brick sintered strength is analyzed. The paper points out that the high added fly ash sintered brick with energy saving, environmental protection and notable benefit should be developed while high added fly ash porous brick should be careful before solving feasible measures.
