摘　　要：目的 :探讨利钾尿肽 (KP)与心钠素 (ANP)摩尔比值变化在老年自发性高血压鼠 (SHR)治疗中的意义。方法 :30只老年 SHR随机分为洛沙坦组 (L 组 )、络活喜组 (A组 )及模型组 (S组 ) ,每组 10只 ;10只同龄Wistar Kyoto(WKY)大鼠 (W组 )作为对照组。用放射免疫分析方法分别测定模型各组治疗后老年 SHR血浆、心房及主动脉组织的 KP和 ANP含量。结果 :治疗结束时 ,各组大鼠血浆 KP、ANP水平均无差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ,但未经治疗的 S组 SHR血浆 KP/ ANP摩尔比值较对照组及两个治疗组水平均显著降低 (P<0 .0 5或P<0 .0 1) ,S组心房中 KP/ ANP摩尔比值高于其它 3组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :KP与 ANP比例关系的改变在老年 SHR的治疗中可能发挥着重要作用。Objective:To investigate the role of the molar ratio of kaliuretic peptide(KP)/atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) in the treatment of elderly spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).Methods:Thirty elderly SHR were randomized into losartan group( n =10),amlodipine group( n =10 ) and placebo group ( n =10 ).In addition,10 agematched WistarKyoto(WKY) rats were selected as control group . The levels of plasma KP and ANP in SHR and WKY rats were determined by radioimmunoassay.Meanwhile,concentrations of KP and ANP in atrium and aorta of the rats were observed as well.Results:After treatment with amlodipine and losartan respectively, plasma KP and ANP levels were not significantly different in various groups,but the molar ratios of KP/ANP were lower in placebo group than those in control ( P <0 01 ),losartan( P <0 01 ) and amlodipine groups( P <0 05) respectively.The molar ratios of KP/ANP in placebo group were higher than the other groups in atrium ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Compared with placebo group,the molar ratio of KP/ANP in aorta was markedly higher only in losartan group( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusions:The molar ratio of KP/ANP may be play an important role in the treatment of elderly SHR.
