芩连颗粒解热作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :对芩连颗粒进行了解热实验。方法 :芩连颗粒按 0 .9、2 .7和 5 .4克生药每公斤 (按公斤体重计算 ,相当于人用量的 3倍、9倍、18倍 )灌胃给药。结果 :明显降低由白、百、破类毒素混合剂致家兔温升高和由2 ,4一二硝基苯酚致大鼠体温升高。结论OBJECTIVE: An experimental study on antipyretis of Qinlian ranule was carried out. METHODS: Qinlian granule was taken 0.9,2.7 and 5.4 g/kg (It is equal to 3,6 and 9 times of adult in weight/kg). RESULTS: It can strongly inhibit the raising of rabbit body temperature of rat body temperature induced by 2,4-dinitrophond. CONCLUSION: The experimental result shownd that it possesses strongly action of dearing away heat and toxic materials.
