摘　　要：目的　探讨自制的白蛋白氟碳声学造影剂对急性心肌缺血的研究价值。方法　套扎犬冠状动脉左前降支 ,建立急性心肌缺血模型。在套扎前后分别静脉滴注声学造影剂进行触发式能量多普勒谐波成像 ,评价心肌灌注结果。随后取出心脏 ,用 0 .5 %伊文思蓝染色作病理对照。结果　套扎冠状动脉前 ,整个心肌呈环状均匀的红黄色能量显像 ;套扎后 ,前壁及部分前间隔心肌无谐波能量显像。心肌灌注缺损面积与病理染色结果差异无显著性意义。结论　静脉滴注自制的白蛋白氟碳声学造影剂通过触发式能量多普勒谐波成像能使心肌灌注显影 。Objective To explore the applications of acute myocardial ischemia with self made albumin ultrasound contrast agent.Methods The model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD).Ultrasonic examination was performed before and after LAD was ligated using intravenous contrast agent and triggered harmonic power Doppler imaging.The short axis view on papillary level was obtained to evaluate the perfusion of the myocardial.Then the heart was obtained and stained with 0.5% Evan's blue and compared the defected area of the two methods.Results After myocardial contrast echocardiography(MCE),the whole myocardial showed a cycloid and homogeneous red yellow power imaging before LAD was ligated,but anterior and apart anterior septum hadn't shown any harmonic power imaging after LAD was ligated.The ischemic area had a excellent correlation with that of the pathologic stain result.Conclusions Intravenous self made perfluorocarbon ultrasound contrast agent using triggered harmonic power Doppler imaging could be used to evaluate the acute myocardial ischemia.
