摘　　要：文章分析了电熔爆机床噪声产生的的原因,并对其噪声的测量和控制进行了研究。在对噪声源的频谱曲线进行分析后,优化设计了隔声降噪罩体,通过对样机测量验证,采用复合材料制成隔声罩是一种有效的隔声降噪措施,能降低噪声20分贝以上。The reason of causing noise during th e course of using electricity fusion explosion machine is analyzed in thi s pa-per.Measuring and controlling nois e during the course of using electric ity fusion explosion machine is stud ied.Frequency spec-trum curve of noise source is analyze d.The cover of reducing noise is opti mized and designed.The result of measuring noise has indicated that the cover,which i s made of compound material,is effec tive sound reducing equipment.By using this cov-er,noise can be redued upwards of 20dB.
