摘  要:以采用两相厌氧 -好氧SBR -絮凝沉淀组合工艺处理棉浆粕废水的工业化装置为对象 ,在水温自然变化情况下 ,测定了好氧SBR单元的生化动力学参数 ,其结果分别为 :Vmax=0 70~ 0 91mgBOD5/mgVSS·d ,Ks=15 5~ 2 0 4mgBOD5/L ,Y =0 6 6~ 0 6 9mgVSS/mgBOD5,Kd=0 0 31~ 0 0 4 1d-1,Vmax′ =0 5 2~ 0 74mgCODcr/mgVSS·d ,Ks′ =9 3~ 14 2mgCODcr/L ,Y′ =0 38~ 0 4 5mgVSS/mgCODcr ,Kd′ =0 0 2 1~0 0 2 9d-1,并与已有文献报导的纸浆和造纸废水的测定结果进行了比较 ,表明棉浆粕废水经两相厌氧处理后出水更易于生化处理 。A study on the the determination of the kinetic constants in SBR unit is carried out on the full scale plant using the two phase anaerobic aerobic SBR flocculation and coagulation settling combined technigne, treating cotton pulp mill wastewater under the naturally changing temperature of the wastewater The kinetic constants include V max , K S, Y and K d It yields values of 0 70~0 91mgBOD 5/mgVSS·day for V max ,15 5~20 4mgBOD 5/L for K s,0 66~0 69 mgVSS/mgBOD 5 for Y ,0 031~0 041 day -1 for K d, 0 52~0 74mgCODcr/mgVSS·day for V max ′,9 3~14 2mgCOD cr /L for K s′,0 38~0 45 mgVSS/mgCOD cr for Y ′,0 021~0 029 day -1 for K d′.Compared with the experimental results reported in the literature about the paper pulp mill wastewater,it indicates that the effluent of the two phase anaerobic system is more biodegradable than the paper pulp mill wastewater,but it still belongs to the hard to biodegradable wastewater.
