摘  要:利用X射线衍射技术 (ODF分析 )和拉伸实验研究了退火过程中电场对冷轧 0 8Al钢板深冲性能的影响·结果表明 :电场退火提高了 0 8Al深冲钢板的塑性应变比 (r值 )和加工硬化系数 (n值 ) ,同时降低了塑性应变比各向异性 (Δr值 ) ,即提高了 0 8Al钢板的深冲性能·其主要原因在于电场提高了 0Effects of electric field on deep drawing property of the cold rolled 08Al killed steel sheet were studied by X ray diffraction technique (ODF analysis) combined with tensile experiment. The results show that the electric field annealing improves the average longitudinal plastic strain ratio r m against the transversal strain. The working hard factor n is also decreased. Furthermore, the electric field annealing can decrease the planar anisotropy Δ r too. So,the electric field annealing shows only much good effects on the deep drawing property of 08Al killed steel sheets. It is suggested that electric field annealing reinforces the γ fiber texture but weakens the α fiber texture in the reason of property improvement.
