手术室开展整体护理的实效

摘　　要：目的 了解手术室开展整体护理的实效。方法 随机抽取1999年1月～2001年12月手术择期患者病历各100份,对与手术室护理质量有关资料进行记录、分析、对比。结果3年7项护理质量分析经行乘列x2检验,分别x2为14.46、14.22、30.61、32.32、35.29、28.57、13.32,P<0.01。结论 开展整体护理提高了手术室护理质量,使手术室护理工作进入了高效运转阶段。Objective To understand the actual effect of holistic nursing. Methods 100 case histories from January 1999 to December 2001 were selected randomly to analyze and compare materials related to nursing quality. Results 7 items of nursing quality analysis have been analyzed by means of X2 test, with the value of 14. 46, 14. 22, 30. 61, 32. 32, 35. 29, 28. 57 and 13. 32 <F<0. 01). Conclusion It is clear that performance of holistic nursing ensures the nursing quality so as to efficiently promote the nursing at the operation room.
