摘　　要：目的　探讨护理程序在护理年计划制定中应用。方法　应用护理程序理论 ,对上一年度护理工作总结进行分析 ,找出护理工作中的问题 ,在制定次年护理计划中予以重视 ,加以控制 ,然后实施。结果　通过四年的实践 ,2 0 0 1、2 0 0 0、1999年护理满意度的分析与 1998年度相比均明显上升 ,u值均大于 2 .33,P <0 .0 1。护理专业学术稿件刊用率 2 0 0 1年比 1999年明显提高 ,χ2 >3.84,P >0 .0 5。结论　通过将护理程序理论引入护理管理工作的实践较为符合护理管理的要求 ,具有科学性和实效性 ,是提高护理管理水平和质量切实可行的工作模式。通过应用 ,充分证明它不仅适用于临床护理工作 ,同样也适用于护理管理工作 ,值得推广。Objective To probe the application of Nursing Procedures to the annual nursing plan. Methods To Analyze the last year nursing affairs by means of the theory of Nursing Procedures. and finding out problems existed and taking them seriously in making the next year nursing plan so as to improve nursing affairs.Results The effect of the four years practice shows that the evaluations in the ten factors related to nursing affairs have been obviously improved. The extent of satisfying nurse increased continuously in last four years from 1998 to 2001, by U test,P<0.01. The rate of the professional article published rose apparently, by χ 2 test,P<0.05. Conclusions The application of Nursing Procedures to the annual nursing plan is the efficacious mode of nursing management for improving management level and quality, so it is of great value to spread.
