摘　　要：将硫脲分别与 5种氯烃基烷氧基硅烷反应 ,再通入NH3 ,合成出γ -巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-巯丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、γ-巯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和α -巯甲基三乙氧基硅烷 ;并用元素分析、IR作了表征。将其与D4 共聚制成含巯基的阳离子型硅乳 。s:γ-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane, γ-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, γ-mercaptopropylmethyldiethoxysilane, γ-mercaptopropylmethyldimethoxysilane, α-mercaptomethyltriethoxysilane were synthesized by reaction of sulfocarbamide with five chloroalkyl-alkoxylsilanes respectively, and then with ammonia. Five mercaptoalkylsilane coupling agents were characterized by means of elemental analysis and IR. They were the raw materials for the preparation of good after-treatment agent of silk fabric.
