摘　　要：以正硅酸乙酯、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷为主要原料 ,在酸催化下 ,在醇溶液中水解、缩合 ,制得硅树脂。产物用TEM、IR、SEM表征 ,结果表明 ,硅树脂胶粒粒径为 5 0～ 1 0 0nm ,硅树脂的成膜性能优良 ;基于铜片的硅树脂膜附着力为 1级 ,冲击强度等于或大于 5 0 0N·cm。s:Nano-size silicone resin was prepared by the reaction of co-hydrolysis and polycondensation of tetraethoxysilane, methyltriethoxysilane and dimethyldiethoxysilane in alcohol and in presence of acid. The particle size and membrane of silicone resin were characterized by TEM, IR and SEM. The results showed that the distribution of the particle size was 50～100 nm, and the membrane of silicone resin was homogenous. The adhesion strength of silicone resin membrane to metal copper sheet was the first class, and impact resistance strength was ≥500 N ·cm.
