摘 要:不饱和聚酯在固化过程中 ,由于初级自由基与空气中的氧反应产生的新游离基不能引发聚合 ,故其表面发粘。为解决此问题 ,本文选用了烯丙基醚、液体石蜡和碱金属氧化物进行试验 ,结果表明 ,烯丙基醚可有效吸收氧气 ,从而消除氧的阻聚作用 ,加入了烯丙基醚的 191不饱和聚酯 ,30min可完全固化 。During curing process of unsaturated polyester the oxygen in the air reacted with the primary free radicals to produce a new free radical,which was not able to be initiated and polymerized,so a stringy surface was formed. To resolve the problem allyl ether,liquid paraffin and alkaline metal oxide were selected to carry out the experiments. The results showed that the allyl ether can effectively absorb the oxygen and eliminate its inhibition for polymerization,the 191 type unsaturated polyester added allyl ether can be entirely cured and its surface is not stringy.
