摘  要:首次研究了增韧PP R/ESI2 4(茂金属乙烯 /苯乙烯 )共混合金的力学性能。结果发现 ,2 0份的ESI2 4可以实现PP R的超韧化 ,其Izod冲击性能可高达 83 8.3 3J/m。共混合金的冲击性能随ESI2 4添加量的增大而提高 ,然而其拉伸性能却并没有大幅度降低。此外 ,共混合金的断裂伸长率也得到了较好的改善 ,弹性模量的下降幅度较小。通过对共混合金冲击断面的亚微观相态分析 ,发现PP R/ESI2 4共混体系的增韧机理 ,从断裂过程的发展历程来看 ,具有不同于以往韧性断裂形态的新现象 ,其机理符合本学科点提出的“多重裂延”Mechanical properties of PP R/ESI24 alloys were studied.The results indicated that 20 % ESI24 was essential to make PP R super toughened,with an Izod impact strength reaching as high as 828.33 J/m.Moreover,the impact properties of the alloys improved with the increase of the ESI24 content,while their tensile properties did not show significant decline.In addition,the elongation at break of the alloys was greatly improved while the elastic modulus reduced very slowly.Through sub microcosmic morphology analysis for PP R/ESI24 alloys,it was found that super toughened PP R/ESI24 alloys displays an exclusive breaking surface,which is different from the toughening break of usual polymer materials.The toughening mechanism conformed to the“multi layer crack extension”mechanism brought forward by our reseach team.
