摘　　要：在水-甲醇-乙二醇单乙醚混合介质中,氧气氧化对硝基甲苯邻磺酸合成了4,4’-二硝基二苯乙烯-2,2’-二磺酸,用纸色谱法检测反应终点。确定最佳的物料浓度、溶剂配比、碱量和反应时间等参数,收率可达95％,纯度达到99％。The process for preparing 4,4'-dinitrostilbene-2,2'-disulphonic acid by oxidation of 4-nitrotoluene-2-sulphonic acid with oxygen in the presence of strong bases was outlined, the oxidation was carried out in a mixture of water and organic solvents. The termination of reaction was determined by paper chromatography. The concentration of reactants, the ratio of solvents, the amount of consumption of alkali and the reaction time at optimum conditions were determined. The yield and the purity of the product could be as high as 95% and 98%,respectively.
