摘　　要：就机织棉氨纶包芯纱弹力织物的前处理工艺进行了讨论 ,并介绍了棉氨纶包芯纱弹力织物前处理几种典型的工艺流程、工艺配方和工艺条件。认为要提高棉氨纶包芯纱弹力织物档次 ,就要从选择合适的原料开始 ,一直到纺纱、织布直至漂染印整加工 ,必须全面综合考虑 ,针对不同组织规格的织物 ,设计制订出切实可行的生产工艺 ,并在实践中不断完善工艺。Typical pretreatments of elastic fabric made of cotton polyurethane core-spun yarns are studied including the technological process,chemical formulation and processing conditions. It is essential to comprehensively select the suitable raw material, spinning,weaving,bleaching,dyeing,printing and finishing processes for enhancing the quality grade. According to the fabrics with different specifications,feasible production process is put forward, and it can be continuously improved in the late practical application.
