摘　　要：研究了以对氯苯乙腈为原料,直接在碱性条件下水解合成对羟基苯乙酸工艺条件,确定了最佳合成条件:反应压力4.4～4.8 MPa,反应温度260～270℃,氢氧化钠含量30％,n(氢氧化钠):n(对氯苯乙酸钠)为1:6,反应时间10 h,催化剂为五水硫酸铜,其用量5％。此条件下,放大试验制得的对羟基苯乙酸收率达78.1％。4 - Hydroxyphenylacetic acid was synthesized with 4 - chlorobenzyl cyanide as material by direct hydrolysis under alkaline condition. The optimum conditions of synthesis were determined .as follows: reaction pressure 4.4-4.8 MPa, reaction temperature 260 -270 ℃, content of NaOH 30%, n (NaOH) : n (sodium 4 -chlorophenylacetate)1:6,reaction time 10 h,amount of CuSO4℃5H2O 5% . In scaling - up test the yield of 4 - hy-droxyphenylacetic acid was up to 78.1 % .
