摘　　要：在锦纶6(尼龙)的生产过程中,纺丝原料聚己内酰胺切片中的氨基含量是聚合工艺的确定和判断后加工性能好坏所必不可少的参数,本文通过在实际工作中的不断探索和经过系列的试验,对从国外引进的氨基测试方法中所选的试剂进行修改,并总结出在成纤聚己内酰胺的实际生产中,通过选用更适当的测试试剂来准确、快捷、简易地测定聚合体中氨基含量的方法。During the production of nylon,amido content of raw spining material-polycaprolactam chip is the necessary parameter for determing poly technology and judgying the effect of afterprocessing.Through a series of experiments and much research in practical work,the chosen agents used for determing the amido content in overseas are changed.It is offered that more suitable agents are used for deteming the amido content of polycaprolactam accuracly,simply and quickly during the practical production of polycaprolactam.
