摘　　要：通过对纺丝计量泵熔体泄漏情况进行分析,确定了其泄漏主要原因在于密封结构不当及部分密封件因强度不足而变形。提出通过增设密封环,以及将泵底座板加厚以防止其因紧固螺栓而变形导致密封失效等改造,使泄漏问题得到了彻底解决。With the melt leakage of POY spinning pumps analyzed,the reason on the leakage is that the sealing structure is not reasonable and the part of sealing plate is deformed because of its strength not being enough.The problem can be solved completely if the sealing ring is equipped with and the thicker sealing plate is used.
