摘 要:本文分别采用 2 0 %发烟硫酸磺化法及发烟硫酸有机溶剂磺化法合成了 1 ,5-萘二磺酸 ,对影响反应的因素做了探讨。发烟硫酸浓度的增大、反应温度的提高、发烟硫酸与萘的配比的增大 ,都使得 1 ,5-萘二磺酸收率降低。对两种方法合成 1 ,5-萘二磺酸进行了比较 ,结果发现采用发烟硫酸有机溶剂磺化法产品收率高达76 5% ,远高于 2 0Naphthalenedisulfonic acid has been synthesized by treating naphthalene with oleum in and not in the presence of organic solvent.The factors which can affect the reactions have been investigated also.The increasing concentration of oleum or the reaction temperature or the ratio of oleum to naphthalene results in the decreasing yield of 1,5-Naphthalenedisulfonic acid.The comparation of the two different methods shows that by using 30% oleum as sulfonation agent and 1,2-dichloroethane as organic solvent,the yield of 1,5-Naphthalenedisulfonic acid is 76.5%,which is much higher than using 20% oleum as sulfonating agent without organic solvent added.
