摘 要:分析认为钢制内压容器的强度和载荷与其预测值之比 ,是符合正态分布的随机变量 ,应用可靠性理论中的强度一载荷干涉模型 ,讨论了设计公式置信度、常规安全系数、可靠性安全系数与强度的可靠度的关系。结果表明 :1.在弹性失效准则下 ,有99%的把握认为 ,容器屈服强度在液压试验时的最大可靠度只有99.9789% ;2.在爆破失效准则下 ,有99%把握认为 ,取常规安全系数nb ≥2.35时 ,容器爆破强度在液压试验时可靠度不低于99.999362%It was proved that for steel vessel sbujected to internal pressure,the ratio of the strength and the imposed load to their expected values complied with the normal distribution.In this paper,by using strength-load interference model,the reliability of the design equations,normal factor of safety,the relationship of the factor of safety for reliability and the reliability of the strength were discussed.It was concluded that:1.By using the elastic failure criteria,and with the reliability of 99%,the yielding strength of the vessels has the reliability of 99.9789% under the hydrostatic test condition;2.By using the explosion failure criteria,and with the reliability of 99%,the rupture strength of the vessels has the reliability not less than 99.999362% under the hydrostatic test condition if normal factor of safety equals to or greater than 2.35.
