摘  要:以间二甲苯为原料,NC- Ⅲ型为催化剂,对间二甲苯氨氧化制间苯二腈的工艺条件进行了试验研究。结果表明,在反应温度为400~425℃、反应压力为0.02~0.03MPa、间二甲苯:氨:空气=1:5~7:35(摩尔比)、反应线速为0.4~0.6 m·s^(-1)、WWH=0.05~0.09hr^(-1)条件下,间苯二腈的重量收率超过92%,纯度达99.7%(m/m)。国内首套2000t·a^(-1)工业装置已成功运行。Using m - xylene as feed, the process conditions for producing isophthalonitrile by amraoxidation of m - xylene in the presence of NC - ffi catalyst were tested and studied. The study results showed that isophthalonitrile has over 92% of weight yield and up to 99. 7 % (m/m) of purity at the temperature of 400 ~ 425℃ under the pressure of 0. 02 ~ 0. 03MPa, and the reaction conditions.of m - xylene : NH3: air = 1: 5 ~ 7 : 35(mole ratio), reaction linear velocity of 0. 4 ~ 0. 6m s-1 and WWH of 0. 05 ~0. 09 hr-1. The first domestic commercial plant having a production capacity of 2000t a-1 has been successfully put into operation.
