精纺纯毛织物的化学弹性整理研究

摘　　要：为了使精纺纯毛织物获得优良的弹性 ,在后整理的洗呢工序中采用以下化学方法对精纺毛织物进行弹性整理 ,步骤 :(1 )渗透剂 :NWB 2 0 1 ,用量 2 % ,常温洗呢 1 0min。 (2 )CO BRALM/A ,用量 2 5 % ,常温洗呢 1 0min。(3 )COBRALM/B ,用量 1 0 % ,常温洗呢 1 0min。整理结果织物纬向弹性可达到 2 2 % ,经向弹性达 1 5 %。工艺简单、稳定 ,弹性整理时间短 ,弹性整理结果明显。并对弹性整理后的精纺毛织物的服用性能进行了测试与分析 。In order to produce all wool elastic woven fabric, in this paper all wool sergette was treated by chemical elastic finishing in piece scouring machine at room temperature.Pretreatment for 10 minutes piece scouring using 2% dispersing agent of NWB gave the wool the best relaxation; Then it was scoured for 10 minutes using 25% elastic finishing agent of COBRAL M/A;At last 10 minutes scouring was carried out using 10% elastic finishing agent of COBRAL M/B. The result has shown that the sergette has 22% weft stretch and 15% warp stretch. And the wearability of the sergette were improved in the abrasion resistance, creasability, drapability, gas permeability, pilling resistance and fuzz resistance.
