毛纺精梳机装配式圆梳及顶梳梳理效果研究(英文)

摘　　要：介绍了装配式圆梳、顶梳在B3 1 1、PB2 6毛纺精梳式上的使用效果。实验结果与理论分析均证明采用该种圆梳、顶梳后 ,毛条质量得到显著提高 ,延长使用寿命 ,调换、维修方便。The characteristics of a new assembly unicomb cylinder are described,a test of comparing the combing effect of new assembly unicomb cylinder and top comb with saw teeth shape and the welded circular pins was carried out on PB26 and B311 combers,the qualities of top obtained from the combers were tested,and the results show that with this new assembly unicomb cylinder and top comb the combing sliver quality is the best.
