摘　　要：现代计算机、控制、通信、IC卡技术的集成应用于居民小区中 ,以提供安全、舒适、方便、节能、可持续发展的生活环境 ,并尽可能地提高小区智能化系统的性价比指标。根据小区智能化系统的现状及发展趋势 ,提出了系统实现的功能及其系统组成 ,为新产品的研究与开发。Modern techniques of computer,automatic control,communication and IC cards have been applied to residential home and districts to provide the living surroundings with security,comfortability, convenience, energy-saving,persistent development,etc.The cost performance of its intelligent system can be enhanced as highly as possible.According to the current situation and developing trend of the system, its functions and components are presented to provide directions for development of novel products and optimizing design using forthcoming equipments.
