摘　　要：阐述了酶的来源及在极端环境中酶技术开发的现状 ,介绍了适合餐具洗涤剂用的蛋白酶和淀粉酶的新产品 。This paper presents the source of enzymes and the status of development in extreme environment.It introduces the new products of proteases and amylases used in dishwashing detergents.The use of enzymes in dishwashing detergent and the developing trend and the forecast of dishwashing detergents are given.
