摘  要:采用纯糠醛或现有的润滑油糠醛精制装置抽提塔塔底抽出液为溶剂 ,对中国石油抚顺石油二厂催化裂化回炼油进行了芳烃抽提小试、中试及抽余油催化裂化中试的系统研究。主要介绍以纯糠醛为溶剂的芳烃抽提小试实验。实验结果表明 :若抽出油仅作为橡胶填充油 ,则以纯糠醛为溶剂抽提回炼油适宜的操作条件为 :剂油比0 .6 ,抽提塔塔底温度 4 0~ 5 0℃、塔顶温度 6 0℃左右。此时抽余油的收率为 70 %左右 ,抽余油中的饱和分含量由回炼油的 5 5 %提高到 78%左右 ;抽出油的收率为 30 %左右 ,其中芳香分和胶质含量总和高于 90 % ,可以作为橡胶填充油。按抚顺石油二厂南催化裂化现有的回炼比 0 .3计算 ,新鲜原料处理量可提高 10 %左右。The aromatic extraction laboratory scale test and middle scale test about catalytic cracking cycle oil in PetroChina Fushun No.2 Refinery were done with the pure furfural or extract oil from the extraction tower of the available lubricant furfural refining units and the catalytic cracking middle scale experiment of the raffinate oil was also systematically studied. The aromatic extraction laboratory scale test taking the pure furfural as solvent was mainly introduced. The experimental result showed that,when the extract oil was used as the filled oak oil and the pure furfural was used as solvent, the fitting operation conditions that the cycle oil was well extracted were carried out at a solvent-oil ratio of 0.6(weight),a bottom temperature range of the extraction tower of 40~50℃, the top temperature of about 60℃. And the yield of the raffinate oil was about 70%, of which the saturated constituents were increased from 55% to 78% or so;and the yield of extract oil was about 30%, of which the aromatic and resin constituents were over 90%, and they can be used as filled oak oil. Calculating in accordance with cycle refining ratio of 0.3 adopted by southern catalytic cracking workshop in PetroChina Fushun NO.2 Refinery,the treating quantity of the fresh feedstock can be increased by 10% or so.
