壮颈康复剂治疗实验性椎动脉受压的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察壮颈康复剂对椎动脉受压动物模型血浆内皮素以及血液粘度值的影响。方法 :用手术方法造成兔子右侧椎动脉受压 ,将造模成功的兔子随机分为 2组。即治疗组、造模组。在治疗后第 2周 ,将造模的 2组兔子与正常组兔子一起采血 ,测定血浆内皮素和血液粘度。结果 :壮颈康复剂明显降低升高的血浆内皮素值和血液粘度。结论Objective:Investigate the effects of Zhuangjingkangfuji on function of ET and blood viscosity of animal model whose vertebral artery was pressed.Method:The right vertebra artery of the rabbit was pressed with operation.28 days later,the model rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups:Ⅰ.Zhuangjinkangfuji group,Ⅱ.Saline group.Animal in groups Ⅰand Ⅱ received oral Zhuangjinkangfuji and saline respectively.After 2 weeks,the ET and blood viscosity of Zhuangjinkangfuji group was determined and compared with saline group.Result:Zhuangjinkangfuji could significantly decrease the ET and blood viscosity level of the model rabbits.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Zhuangjinkangfuji on vertebral atrery type of cervical syndrome can be achieved by decreasing the high level of ET and blood viscosity.
