摘　　要：B细胞活化辅助受体通过补体系统将获得性免疫与固有性免疫联系起来。其中的CD21作为补体的受体,CD19辅助BCR转导信号。CD21也表达于滤泡树突状细胞,介导抗原的长期保留,这对维持记忆B细胞是必不可少的。B细胞活化辅助受体在对自身抗原的阴性选择中也起作用。B cell activated co-receptor plays important roles in linkage of innate and acquired humoral immune responses.CD21molecule in the co-receptor complex is a receptor for C3dg and CD19molecule enhances BCR signal transduction.CD21also expresses on the surface of follicular dendritic cells,which mediates the long-term maintenance of antigens and is indispensable for maintaining the memory of B cells.B cell activated co-receptor also has an effect on the negative selection of B cells reactive to autoantigens.
