摘　　要：目的 :评价针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的临床试验状况 ,为针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的系统评价收集原始资料。方法 :通过机检和手检收集所有公开发表的针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的临床文献 ,按照中国循证医学中心 /Cochrane手册推荐的标准 ,分析评价每一篇文献。规定具有随机化方法、正确对照、合适的样本量、全国性诊断标准、客观疗效判定标准、明确统计方法的文献为符合条件的文献。结果和结论 :只有 1篇文章基本符合要求 ,其数量及所占比例都非常少。要开展系统评价必须要先具有高质量的随机对照试验 ,所以 ,在条件较好的单位进行高质量的随机对照试验 ,是开展针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的系统评价的前提条件。Purpose To assess the quality of the papers about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of child cerebral palsy in order to provide primary data for systematic evaluation. Methods To collect all the published papers about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of child cerebral palsy by electronic searching and hand-searching, and all the literature with methods of randomization, correct control, proper sample number, national diagnosis criteria, objective criteria for assessment of therapeutic effects, and statistical method were stipulated as ones conforming the criteria. Results and Conclusion Only one paper conforms to all the cretiria bassically, and the number and ratio are less. So, random control research of higher quality must be carried out for systematic evaluation of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of child cerebral palsy.
