自动内交锁式髓内针治疗股骨干中下段骨折临床体会

摘　　要：目的 :观察姚氏研制的治疗股骨干中下段骨折的新型内固定系统———自动内交锁式髓内针 (简称内锁针 )的临床治疗效果。方法 :自 1999年 12月至今临床应用姚氏研制的内锁针共治疗了 32例多种类型的股骨干中下段骨折。结果 :2 3例被随访者中 ,10例愈合并已取出内锁针 ;7例正在愈合过程中 ,骨痂生长良好 ;4例术后随访时间较短 ,骨痂生长不多。正常愈合过程中的 2 1例均无成角畸形及旋转畸形发生。全部病例的膝关节功能均在 2个月内恢复正常。结论 :内锁针操作简单、破坏性小 ,而且在骨折功能复位及有效固定等方面符合股骨干中下段生物力学的要求 ,其具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective:To observe the effect of the 'Auto Interlocking Intramedullary Nailing', a new internal fixation system, in the treatment of the fracture of the middle or distal part of the femoral sheft.Methods:Since December, 1999, we have treated 32 cases of various kinds of the fracture,occured in the middle or distal part of the femoral sheft, with auto interlocking intramedullary nail system developed by Yao.Results:23 cases were followed up and it is indicated that the function of the knee joint was full recovered in 2 months, with no complications and sequelae. Among them, 10 have healed up and had been reoperated again for extracting the nail, the others is on recovering. Conclusion:Compared with other surgical methods, 'Auto Interlocking Intramedullary Nail 'is rather a simple device, which is not only minimal injurious for the tissues, either the bone or the soft tissues around it, but also more up to the characteristic of the biomechanics of these parts of the femoral sheft. In our opinion, its an available internal fixation system.
