摘　　要：20世纪 90年代初开发的煤炭工业统计信息系统已不能适应当前行业管理的需求 ,应适时开发全国煤炭工业统计信息管理系统。提出了系统建设目标、建设实施原则和方案设计 。The coal industry statistical information system developed at the beginning of 1990's is no longer suitable to the present needs for coal industry management. It becomes necessary to develop appropriate information systems that are adapted to serving the coal industry statistical work of this country. This paper hence proposes the targets for the development work, implementing principles and relevant designs. The paper also introduces the main functions of the main sub-systems.
