突出煤层顺层长钻孔成孔工艺的研究

摘　　要：突出煤层顺层长钻孔的施工由于受到施工技术的限制达不到预定的深度,影响了瓦斯抽放效果。为此对顺层长钻孔施工工艺进行了试验,结果表明采用合适的顺层钻孔配套钻具和风力排渣方式施工,可有效地提高突出煤层顺层长钻孔成孔深度和成孔效果。The drilling operation of long holes along outburst coal seam usually can't reach their preset depth since it is handicapped by drilling techniques,which will thus influence gas drainage effect.For this reason,tests were conducted on the drilling process for long holes along coal seam and the results show that the use of proper drilling tools and pneumatic discharge of drilling cuttings can effectively improve the finishing depth and effect of long holes along outburst coal seams.
