摘 要:本项目针对铜矿峪低品位难采难选氧化矿进行了矿石溶浸化学、浸出动力学、计算机渗流模拟、布液参数优化、集液工程设计、原地爆破技术、井下防渗注浆、矿山环境监测及全流程成本控制等多方面研究。通过工业化试验 ,实现了地下溶浸采矿技术工业化生产的重大突破 ,形成了“孔网布液 ,静态渗透 ,注浆封底 ,综合收液”技术特色的成套地下浸出提铜技术 ,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。一年多的生产表明 ,运行正常 ,指标稳定 ,萃取与电积铜的回收率分别为 99 5 % ,电铜质量达国家GB/T466-1997标准 ,吨铜总的生产成本低于 90 0 0元 ,年直接经济效益Based on the refractory property of low grade copper ores in Tongkuangyu Mine,some studies have been done in aspects of leaching chemistry, leaching kinetics,computer simulation of infiltration flow,optimization of injecting solution parameters, design of solution collecting engineering,in situ blasting technology,underground grouting for preventing leakage,mine environment monitoring,control of whole flow sheet cost and so on. Through industrial scale test,a significant breakthrough has been made in the industrial scale production of underground solution leaching. A complete set of underground leaching technology has been formed with the features of'screen injection solution, static infiltration, grouting and sealing floor,overall collecting solution'. Production practice over one year has shown that the metallurgical performances are stable, leaching operation is normal and extraction recovery is 99.5%. The quality of cathode copper has reached the nation standard of GB/T466 1997. The overall cost of copper is less than 9000 Yuan/t. The direct economic benefic of 9.1 million Yuan has been obtained in one year.
