摘　　要：硬磁铁氧体生产过程包括原料制备、压型、干燥、烧结等工序 ,烧结前各工序造成的产品缺陷 ,一般在烧结后才体现出来。本文就硬磁铁氧体制品烧结后产生的各种缺陷进行了分类 ,对造成这些缺陷的原因进行了分析归纳 ,同时介绍了烧结和烧结前的各工序的控制要素和一般控制方法。The hard magnetic ferrite production includes raw material preparation, pressing, drying, sintering and so on.The defects of products led by preceding processes do not appear until sintering.In this article, defects of magnetic ferrite are classified,reasons for causing such defects are analyzed and summed up.At the same time, the dominant factors and their control for manufacturing stages are introduced.
