摘　　要：对淬火剂SST_(101)在其不同浓度下冷却曲线及40CrMn钢在该介质中淬火后的淬透性、变形开裂性及力学性能进行了测定,并探讨了其冷却机制,所得结果对淬火剂SST_(101)的应用,具有重要的指导意义。The cooling characters of quenchant SST101 under different concentration and the hardenability, cracking character and the mechanical properties of 40CrMn steel after quenching in SST101 quenchant were measured, and the cooling mechanism of the quenchant was analyzed,results indicate that it is of great significance for application of quenchant SST101.
