摘 要:采用硫华气相腐蚀实验、紫外光曝露加速腐蚀实验和电化学极化曲线法对PMTA(1-巯基 - 5 -苯基四氮唑 )、MBO(2 -巯基苯并恶唑 )、MBI(2 -巯基苯并咪唑 )、复配缓蚀剂PMM的防银变色作用进行了比较和研究 ,结果表明 ,PMM防银变色性能最好 ,显示出协同效应 .防变色膜的AES和XPS研究结果表明 ,PMM在银表面上所形成的防变色膜比单组分缓蚀剂防变色膜致密且稳定 ,从而能够更有效地防银变色 .By means of corrosion test of flower of sulfur vapor,corrosion test under ultraviolet photallochromy acceleration and measurement of polarization curve,the inhibition performance of 1-phenyl-5-mercaptotetrazole (PMTA),2-mercaptobenzoxazole (MBO),2-mercaptobenzimidazole (MBI) and the built inhibitor (PMM) were evaluated.The result of corrosion test showed that PMM was the most prominent for silver in the four inhibitors and the PMM took on the synergistic effect.The anti-tarnishing films were studied by the means of Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS).Results showed that the anti-tarnishing film formed by PMM is more compact and stabilized than that of mono-component inhibitor,so the mixed tarnishing inhibitor was more effective than mono-component inhibitor.
